Special Rules

(Refer also to General Rules)

  1. All equipment must be in operating condition and should indicate the year it was manufactured, if known.
  2. Entries can only be operated at the discretion of the management.
  3. Limited exhibit space provided. Space will be limited to 3 pieces of equipment per exhibitor/family. Entries may be waved at the discretion of the chairperson and the Beaver Community Fair Association. Registration forms are available online.
  4. Entries receiving prize money the previous year are only eligible to receive a ribbon the next year.
  5. Each exhibitor must secure an exhibitor’s number. Numbers can be obtained on the grounds Sunday and Monday during registration times
  6. Exhibits will be accepted on Sunday, of the fair between 2:00-4:00pm and on Monday of the fair between 4:00-6:00pm
  7. Exhibits must remain on display until 10:00pm on Saturday of the fair.
  8. Please remove any and all name sign (identifying owner) from equipment until judging is finished on Monday night of fair.
