Rental Rates for Beaver Community Fair Facilities

Building Rental Fees - with Restrooms

Memorial Building (includes bathrooms & small kitchenette only)   $210.00/day
Memorial Building w/large kitchen (includes bathrooms, small kitchenette, large kitchen, refrigerators, stoves, ovens, serving window)   $260.00/day

Rules for Rental of Facilities of Beaver Community Fair Association

  1. Renter will pay $100.00 refundable security deposit at time of booking. The security deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled event. Renter will pay a deposit when the building keys are acquired as per the itemized charges.
  2. Renter is responsible for cleanup and garbage removal. If the Fair Association provides garbage removal, Renter will incur additional charges, except in the case of RV hook-ups, where garbage service is included at no additional cost. A holding tank dumping station is also provided for RV’s.
  3. Use of the Memorial Building, small kitchen (includes two (2) refrigerators, stove, microwave and sink) is included with the rental of the Memorial Building. The large kitchen and equipment is available at additional cost. (See back)
  4. Renters have access to the facilities 24 hours prior to the event. Memorial building cleanup shall be done on the day of the event. Cleanup in other buildings shall be done not longer than 48 hours after the event. Fair personnel will perform a walk-through inspection of the building and the keys shall be returned to fair personnel at this time. The deposit will be refunded to the renter at this time if all conditions are met.
  5. Renter must return a copy of “Certificate of Liability Insurance” (obtain from Renter’s insurance provider) Along with a signed copy of this “Facilities Rental Agreement” to the Fair Association. These documents will be kept in files of the Fair Association until after the scheduled event and conditions of this agreement have been met.
  6. The Fair Association assumes no liability for conditions resulting from alcohol use on the grounds. Failure to inform the Fair Association in advance of the use of alcohol on the grounds will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and the future use of the grounds.
  7. Decorating the Memorial Building is limited to paper, balloons, etc. and the use of masking tape only on walls. Balloons, etc. may be attached to the ceiling with the use of the hooks provided on the ceiling. No adhesive labels, duct tape, electrical tape or transparent tape on ceiling, walls, tables, or chairs!
  8. Failure to comply with this agreement or failure to leave the grounds in the same condition as they were at the time of rental will result in forfeiture of security deposit and future use of the grounds. Renter is liable for damages incurred, which are of a greater amount than the security deposit. The Fair Association will not be liable for renter’s lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or personal injury to renter or renter’s guests.
